How are the shoes packed to ensure they don't get creased or crushed during shipping? We treat our luxury shoes with absolute care! Every pair of CrovelleNest shoes is stuffed with custom-shaped cardboard inserts to preserve the toe-box silhouette, wrapped in non-scratch protective tissue paper, and placed inside a heavy-duty, rigid magnetic product box. This inner box is then secured within an outer shipping carton to guarantee your footwear arrives flawless, pristine, and un-creased.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your package clears our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your delivery straight to your doorstep.

Returns, Exchanges & Fit Safety

What is your return and exchange policy? We want you to walk with absolute joy! To ensure pristine condition for all our customers, we accept standard returns and size exchanges only on completely unworn, un-creased shoes in their original, immaculate condition, with all factory product tags attached, packed perfectly inside the undamaged original product shoe box within 30 days of delivery. We always recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted indoor surface first to check the fit without marking the outsoles.
